Visiting steam on my browser works just fine in every fashion so I don t believe it to be an isp issue. ![]() I did also already make sure the automatic configuration for LAN was unchecked as i saw recommended for similar issue. Going to any games store page and clicking login or trying to view account details from the client both result in steam trying to verify login info only to fail when it runs into a error communicating with the steam servers. When I am able to login the above issues persist. After reinstalling however that issue is occurring much more often now to the point my first login attempt isn't working most of the time. General News Reviews About Show Search Hide Search Can’t sign into Steam with correct password Download PC Repair Tool to quickly find & fix Windows errors automatically Are you unable to log. None of which have fixed the issue.īoth before and after reinstalling I tried changing the download region but that ended up cuasing steam to fail to login at first at all unless I stated offline THEN swapped to online. I restarted both steam and my computer, flushed the download cache and eventually just reinstalled steam entirely. (Games I owned not displaying as such on their store page, no wishlist view etc.) ![]() ![]() ![]() That being said, to set the scene I noticed earlier that pending updates for games in my library just weren't downloading I noticed that on the store page as well it was acting as if I wasn't logged in despite clearly being so in the upper right. First off how and where would I go now to get a support ticket out? All I can find are self help pages whose suggestions haven t worked and I'd much prefer to talk with support than hope for a reply that works here.
